• We start by asking about and analyzing project parameters: scope, timeframe, site conditions, cost objectives, environmental goals, LEED objectives, and so on.
• After this analysis, we will make product recommendations backed by complete technical information. We will then provide samples once you concur that what was recommended will meet your needs.
• If our standard products do not meet your needs, we will work with you to develop alternative formats, milling profiles, colors, and other custom options. Both standard and custom products with “green” attributes are organized under our eco label.
• We will provide you with clear written specifications and will support you in seeing that these specifications are maintained.

When it comes time to deliver and install the product that you have specified…

• Our local distribution partner will handle the logistics of delivering the flooring to the jobsite and servicing your flooring installer. Find out more about how we work to provide you with local support.
• We will provide ongoing service and support to all project team members, including project managers, contractors and sub-contractors.
• We will provide detailed installation instructions specifically developed for the product specified.

And after your wood floor is installed…

• We will provide care and maintenance instructions specifically created for the product you specify and further assist those providing post-installation maintenance instructions on the project.
