WFRG loves wood flooring. We develop many unique wood flooring products, several of which have become our personal favorites. Here is how the Personal Use program works:

Complete the on-line form to become a Registered WFRG Design Professional (if you are not one already – in which case simply login here).  We will then review your application and e-mail you back confirmation after qualifying you.  Then simply login to access prices and place your order for personal use on-line.  

Personal use means flooring that is going to be installed into the residence in which you live; it is NOT flooring being installed anywhere else or being resold.  At the time of order, we will ask that you attest to this and also request that you e-mail us a photo of the installation once completed.   It’s a great way to share our excitement!

Other benefits of becoming a Registered WFRG Design Professional:

• Product Selector – when utilizing the WFRG Product Selector as a Registered WFRG Design Professional and choosing standard products, you will be given Suggested Retail Pricing so you can comparison price various products. (Suggested Retail Pricing is just that, and the project can expect to be bought at substantially lower prices depending on quantities and how bought.
  
  
• Generate a Specification – once you have selected a product using the WFRG Product Selector, you will be given the option to automatically generate a Specification and can utilize this service if you are a Registered WFRG Design Professional.  Generating a Specification provides you with a:
  • CSI style specification in MS Word
  • WFRG Technical Specification in MS Word that includes all the technical details, drawings and photos of the product as well as installation and maintenance instructions.
    
    
• Register Your Specification – once you have generated a specification, you can choose to Register Your Specification with WFRG as a Registered WFRG Design Professional.
  
  Here you can provide us with the project name & location, project timeframe and quantities of wood flooring, along with the pertinent parties such as the developer, G.C., etc. so that the WFRG project management team can make contact with all involved to ensure that the product you specified is ready for the project when its needed.  Frequently flooring is a critical design element that has been species/color coordinated with the wall treatments, furniture and more.  We make it easy to ensure that it all comes together to maintain your design integrity on the project.
  
  And we will save both the Specification and Registration of that Specification on-line at WFRG in a section that can be accessed only by members of your firm.
  
  
• Put the wood flooring Product Selector on your Intranet – we offer our Product Selector to Design Firms, typically through your librarian, to place on your intranet so that all the members of your firm can access and utilize the Selector when searching for just the right wood flooring for your projects.
